Bank of America - solved

I have been frustrated by the recent changes caused by B of A and its change of access policy. I have reauthorized 8 times and have 8 emails from B of A acknowledging re-authorization - yet I keep getting the dreaded blank screen.
I called B of A Technical Support and got the following info.
When you open the app - open the account from the opening page by clicking on the account name. The account will open fully. Then go to "Downloads" and select whatever Quicken program you are using. With Quicken open, click on the downloaded file and it will populate the Quicken account.
This is similar to Citibank but requires a few extra clicks. None-the-less you can control who gets info and you can delete your Quicken access authorization.
