How do I get the blue line to display and future transactions to display beneath it? It used to be there but I reloaded Quicken due to a computer failure and now it is gone. I bank with BofA

I am sorry about these difficulties with changes in the user interface, and with missing transaction information. Thank you for speaking with us about this here on the Quicken Community.
Do you see a green Reset button just above the register that you are noticing these issues with? If so, try clicking this to see if this resolves the problem. Also, let us know if you are missing transactions.
Let us know how this works. I can provide further advice if necessary.
Thank you,

Some customized settings were lost due to the reinstallation. Please make sure your register is sorted by Date (column header in the register shows "Date ▲")First Filter field is set to "All Dates" and not "Year to Date" or other "... to date" setting. If you wish to see future dated Scheduled Reminders:You can show future scheduled reminder transactions in your register as if they were real transactions already. Click the clock icon in the upper right hand corner of the register to turn this feature on or off or control what it shows.
If the clock icon doesn't show, click the Actions gear icon instead and select "Reminders to show in register".

The scheduled transactions were visible in the register and then I ran an account update. After leaving the account register and returning all scheduled transaction were not being displayed. I checked under the clock icon and have next 12 months selected. The register is sorted by date. Scheduled transactions are gone for all accounts. Any ideas on the fix is appreciated!0
