Download from BOA

I have, using the new system and with the latest update (44.27) have now set up the download for BOA about 6 times, 3 of which I have used support (chat once and phone with share screen twice). It does not work. It does not retain the latest set up. What is going on? Yes I am very frustrated.

    What, specifically, does not work? Regular transaction download from BofA or submitting Online Bill Pay transactions to BofA? More details, please.

    It is downloading. It works and then when I exit the program and later log on, non of the downloads will work. I have to deactivate and start from scratch. This did not occur until I downloaded the latest update 44.27.

    I had the chat and 2 phone assist to set up the new download process. So it is not just me.
