PNC Direct Connect error CC-502

I am unable to setup and use Direct Web Connect with PNC bank. I always get a message about connection problems, try later etc. I can, however get transactions from PNC after logging in to their website and downloading the QFX file from there. Any help on this issue?

    Please, review and follow the error-specific steps found in this support article.

    If the steps are unsuccessful, then as stated at the bottom of the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support via phone or chat. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files to find the internal error and file for an escalation if they see fit.
