Why can't I add my Morgan Stanley Wealth Management accounts?

Why can't I add Morgan Stanley Wealth management accounts? Windows 11, Quicken Deluxe subscriber with most recent updated version. When trying to add the accounts , I get the Quicken error message "Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)
Quicken is having trouble connecting to Morgan Stanley Wealth Management."

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with your Morgan Stanley Wealth Management account(s). 

    I have located a support article that discusses some steps to take when presented with an "It's not your fault" error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. 

    As per the FAQ: 

    If this occurs when updating an account

    Please Contact Quicken Support. This error requires Quicken Support agents to review logs and provide further assistance. The issue may need to be escalated and may not have an immediate resolution.
