Relative NB here in the forum. Long time with Quicken; Used Q on both Windows & Mac. Currently using Mac OS Monterey 12.6 with Q Version 6.10.0 (Build 610.46245.100). The 'Needs Reauthorization' error popped up around 9/20/2022 for me. I kept retrying until now. Read others' posts. Then decided to try something like what some others had done, although they were on Q for Windows not Q for Mac. I would have posted what follows there, except (a) post was closed, & (b) it was in the Q for Windows troubleshooting forum.
I have had a C1 Card for some years, D/Ling transactions for some time. I right-clicked the Credit Card & went to Account Settings, selected Downloads. Then clicked 'Reset Connection'. It then went thru the reauthorization process. Per the Q for Windows troubleshooting forum post, I selected the line that stated 'Current' (i.e., not 'New). I supplied my normal C1 login & pw, and it set everything up successfully. It then added in all transactions after 9/20/2022 (i.e., those done since the last D/L). For grins I also said to update again (i.e., clicked the 'Update Accounts' icon) and that was successful too (except no new transactions since they'd just been added).
Hopefully this'll help for some. And that I wasn't too pedantic in this (what some might consider) lengthy post. FWIW, I really appreciate all the posts, hints & helps; Gave me a sufficient clue as to what to do.

Unfortunately, my reauthorization fails on the Capital One consent after logging in with proper credentials. I'm glad its working for you.0
