I am sorry to hear about these issues with online banking and the CC-501 error messages. Thank you for speaking with us about this here on the Quicken Community.
Has this issue been continuing for more than 24 hours, just so we are clear? If so, please reach out to Quicken Support as soon as possible using the information provided here. They will need to document and troubleshoot this issue with the tools and resources available to them, uniquely. Also, are you noticing this exact error message with both the Discover account(s) as well as those associated with AT&T/Universal?
