Who can help? (one of my Chase accounts did not update)

When trying to edit my second Chase account, Quicken repeatedly freezes on me.
The first account was updating "ok", which means I had to archive the old transactions and start that one over. Inconvenient but manageable. The second account just does not allow me to fix its connection to Chase.
