Was failing, I deleted my accounts, added them back. quicken found them but trying to add them i get

I do apologize that these issues are continuing. Thank you for following up with us about this.

If the "It's not your fault..." message has been appearing for more than 24 hours, it will be necessary to reach out to Quicken Support using the link provided here. They will have to document and troubleshoot this issue in greater detail with the resources and tools uniquely available to them.

I wish I could provide a resolution from the Community, but this represents the best path forward.

Do make sure that your web browser is set to allow popup windows from https://www.quicken.com
or you'll never get a response out of the call or chat selections.
