Was failing, I deleted my accounts, added them back. quicken found them but trying to add them i get

Aside from the error message that you are receiving, does there also happen to be any specific error code(s) associated with the message that you can provide us with here, please?

I do apologize that these issues are continuing. Thank you for following up with us about this.
If the "It's not your fault..." message has been appearing for more than 24 hours, it will be necessary to reach out to Quicken Support using the link provided here. They will have to document and troubleshoot this issue in greater detail with the resources and tools uniquely available to them.
I wish I could provide a resolution from the Community, but this represents the best path forward.
