Can't download transactions started this weekend

Is anyone else having problems with downloads? When I go to Download Transaction I can't get the dialog box to open. It is just a finger and it will not go to the dialog box. It started this weekend and I was wondering if I am the only one?

    Never mind! My quicken just crashed and when I opened it back up it worked. Guess I just needed to post here!
