Does Quicken Premier need iSeek Answerworks?

I was going through my PC today removing some outdated/unused program via Control Panel and I found a program installed called iSeek AnswerWorks that was last installed in 2015.  I don't recall installing this package and when I searched for it on the internet the answer I found said that it's there because of I have Quicken and/or Turbotax installed.  I could simply say OK but I'm wondering if this is an orphaned program that is no longer needed since Quicken is no longer a part of Intuit.  Can anyone tell me if this is stall required as part of Quicken Premier as I do not have TurboTax installed.

I'm guessing it may be safe to uninstall iSeek. This was used in older versions of Quicken as the driver for the Quicken Help database. This has been converted to using some other mechanism in the current subscription version of Quicken.

I thought that might be the case as it's rare for included software to not be updated in 7 years.
