Wrong Chase Bank weblink for reauthorization

For several weeks I have tried to reauthorize my Chase accounts. Each time I follow the link from Quicken, it takes me to a website from Chase that says "We'll be back shortly." This makes no sense, as I can log into the regular Chase website and access my accounts without any issues. This should have been corrected by now.
