Schwab download

I did an update to download this week's changes to my Schwab IRA and regular accounts. There are red flags shown next to each account but nothing downloaded. When I go to enter the transactions there is nothing shown on each account. It says downloaded items 0.There have been changes to my account that need to be documented in Quicken.

Do you have "automatic entry" of downloaded transactions enabled for these Accounts?  That option seems to create this problem from time to time, for some reason.  If you do have that option enabled, disable it, close Quicken, and see if that works.
