Multiple entities for one business - how to add accounts

I have a business with multiple entities under it (501c3 and 501c7). All of our accounts are at Wells Fargo and I have one username/password and can access all of the entities. When I try to import accounts into Quicken, only one of the entities will import. Anyone deal with this? Trying to figure out how to grab all accounts?!?

@atladDC - have you checked with Wells? since these are different entities with presumably different TINs, it may be a limitation at Wells.
