My Lowes (Synchrony Bank) account will not update. All i get is a CC-502 error.

For nearly a week, I have not been able to update my Lowes account (Synchrony Bank). Quicken gives me a CC-502 error. I use Web Express on an up-to-date Win 10 machine using the latest version of Quicken.

I have the same problem. No response from Quicken yet. I posted about this several days ago and all I got was a generic troubleshooting response.
The problem is that Lowe's (and Amazon) changed the way we logon to our accounts,
It was suggested I contact Quicken support. I've been there before and can't spend hours on the phone troubleshooting something that has been working for years. Quicken needs to contact Lowe's and Amazon to get a fix. There's nothing troubleshooting my setup will fix.0 -

Same problems here the last few days with Synchrony Bank accounts and Lowe's credit card. Keep getting CC-502 error. I tried everything I can think of to resolve this. Quicken - Please help!!0

I was having same issue. I logged onto Lowe's site for my Lowe's CC management; there was a pending question for me to update my income information. I did that and then went to the CC home page, looked at payment activity -- just clicked a few of the links. Then went back to Quicken and did another update and it updated my Lowe's CC. Maybe try that.
TBH, I've found that a lot of times if there is some block on an update, it will clear if you wait a few days or also go directly to the FI website. For some reason a lot of these banks will have a "question" that you must answer before you can go to your credit card or checking account (etc) page. And this seems to be a communication error for the Quicken server. so a simple visit to the FI page will many times clear this.0 -
Still can't logon to Lowes with Quicken. This isn't just a random problem.
Lowes changed to Synchrony Bank and have changed to way customers logon to Lowes.
Quicken needs to contact Synchrony/Lowes and find out what Quicken needs to do to fix this.0 -

have you tried to log directly onto Lowe's website and then to your Lowe's credit card? I was getting CC-502 error and after I logged onto the Lowe's CC site and cleared the pending questions, my update worked with quicken. Maybe that will fix your issue, maybe not, but you won't know if you don't try. I just ran an update and everything was ok with my Lowe's CC account.0
