Manual Download of transactions not working

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Before the latest update, I was able to open Quicken, go to one of my accounts and download the transactions. I would be prompted to login in with my ID and the the transactions would be downloaded. Since the new update that no longer works. After being on the phone with your customer support, I am able to download the transaction , but only if I configure Quicken to download my transactions on startup. I like going to my investments and download the transactions so I can see the changes. Now I am unable to see any investment transactions, it just shows the latest update.
How can I get everything working as before?
