What is Bills & Income Payee column in Payees & Rules window?

Why do some payees have a check mark in this column?

    Options
    This indicates a Bills & Income payee as seen in the screen Bills & Income > Payees. They can be Bank Bill Pay, Quick Pay/Check Pay or eBills. If you double click to edit the Payee in the Payees & Rules window, you will see which it is.

    I still don't understand the difference between a payee with and without the check mark. Cable provider (bill) has a check mark and car insurance provider (bill) does not. I have noticed any differences in how the two payees are used and recorded in the accounts.

    The accounts with check marks are the ones that have all the Payment Details completed in the section below the check mark.
