Cannot download transactions - Error CC503

I have not been able to download Costco Visa transaction since 9/25/22. I checked your FAQ site and see that this problem has been ongoing since April 2022. I believe that the problem began when Quicken replaced the password I had assigned to my Visa Account with an encrypted one. I still can use the original password to access my Visa account and download transactions into a QFX file. However, the transactions must be held in a new Quicken account that is not continuous with my previous one. This is a serious problem for many subscribers for a long time. It appears that Quicken does not intend to fix it.
