Chase accounts

When I deauthorized my accounts in Chase they linked up to a different account in Quicken. Do I have to delete those accounts in the online banking and then re enter them? I really don’t want to have duplicate entries so I haven’t done that yet. Please advise. I am not happy since quicken and Chase have changed the policy.
