Raymond James Accounts automatically switching to Quicken connect - Quicken Mac

Today I tried to update my Raymond James accounts after changing my password. Now all of my accounts are only allowing "Simple" instead of detailed position and transaction details. I have disconnected all accounts, switched all to Detailed, but still no details. I have data from 1995 that is now gone. What can I do to get the Detailed data? Extremely disappointed. Prior discussions from early in 2022 do not lead me to a success story. What happened?
