Unable to Import QFX file downloaded from my bank?

Re: RESOLVED 10/25/22 (QFX) Web Connect files not importing

I've downloaded the latest Quicken update, restarted my computer, and downloaded a QFX file from my bank (UMB) and it still will not import into my register. This worked fine until sometime in the spring of 2022.

    Please do HELP, About Quicken and tell us the BUILD of Q that you're running and also the "Membership Valid Thru" date that you find there.
    What type of account are you having this issue with?
    When you do TOOLS, Account List ... what name shows in the "Financial Institution" column for the particular account? What shows in the "Transaction Download" column?

    what does this mean - any error messages or what happens ?
    What is the exact name of the Quicken Account used for UMB - as there are 3 possible entries - UMB - HSA - NEW
    And why download a QFX file vs online updating via One Step Update ?
