Bank transactions no longer download to Quicken

About a week ago, my banking transactions no longer download to my Quicken program. This function worked fine for many years but now has stopped completely. The bank states that I'm the only customer with this problem and therefore the problem has to be with Quicken. Assistance, please.

    More info is needed to help  you.
    1. What Q product are you running and what BUILD of that product?  Also, what's your "Membership Valid Thru" date?  This info is at HELP, About Quicken.
    2. What bank, as shown at TOOLS, Account Info (in the Financial Institution column)?
    3. What type of account(s) at that bank?
    4. Are you able to download from other banks/cards/brokerages/etc?
