Fidelity NetBenefits Account shows Cash that does not exist

I have this account set to a Simple - Positions only. Every time I do an update the account shows double the actual value because it shows cash that does not exist in the same amount as the value of the holdings. Setting the value to zero each time, exiting and restarting is a horrible workaround. It's also caused the value over time graphs to be incorrect. I've searched this issue here and the suggested solutions either don't work or don't apply.
