Can't paste into Payee

I can copy from 1Password and paste that into other applications. If I copy I can't paste into Payee, neither with the ⌘ V shortcut or the shortcut menu though Paste is available. I'm using Version 6.10.2 (Build 610.46306.100).

    No special characters. Just a person's name. The problem is not from 1Password as I can't paste from Notes either.

    Yes. Rebooted with no applications. Launched 1Password. Copied. Launched Quicken. Created you entry and could not paste.
