Unable to add the new X1 Signature Visa credit card account

Unable to add the new X1 Signature Visa credit card account. Searching "X1" yields no new institution in the Quicken database. I contacted X1 support and they said they will be reaching out to their contacts at Quicken to resolve this. (The card is issued by Coastal Community Bank, but this new X1 product is app-based only, no website). My Quicken subscription expired today and I will not renew it until my credit card is added.

Can Quicken please expedite resolving this issue? Been trying for two months now.

    Only Coastal can resolve this, by signing the contract with Quicken.
    Q can do NOTHING to "expedite this issue" ... that's just not how things work.
    BTW, if you don't renew, how will you know if Coastal has signed the contract or not???

    Because not only did X1 state that they already had an agreement with Quicken, they would have to reach out to Quicken and they told me they will let me know if it gets resolved. Which is far better customer support than I have been getting from Quicken regarding this and all of the slow UI issues and bugs. The software keeps getting slower and the interface glitches are driving me mad. Been a customer since 1994 and I think it's about time that I give up and move on. Not happy about it,

    Try searching/adding "X1 Card".  Typing out the full name found it.
