Problem in connecting to my bank account

70% of the time I cannot connect to my bank account to download transactions. It indicates "unable to connect to bank". Any ideas on what I can do?

More info needed in order to help you.What Q product are you running and what BUILD of that product? This info is at HELP, About Quicken.What bank, as it's known in Q? Do TOOLS, ACCOUNT LIST and look in the Financial Institution column for this info.What type of account? Only this account? Can you download other accounts from this bank? Can you download from other banks/cards/etc.Are you getting any error codes? The message that you cited is pretty generic and doesn't tell us much.
