How do I make the Home>Dashboard screen the default window when opening Q?

I have checked within the community without success to learn how to make the Home>Dashboard screen open when I start Q. I don't see any option under the Customize feature.

    Have you tried Edit > Preferences > Startup > select Dashboard under Startup Location from the drop down menu > OK?
