Unknown column on credit card registers

There is an extra column on all of my credit card registers all the way on the right. It does not have a heading notation (blank), and there is no indication of it in the column chooser tool. Since it is on the right end there isn't even a way to grab the end of it and resize it. It causes a horizontal scroll bar to appear at the bottom of the register - which is totally unnecessary since there is nothing in this column. What is it and how can I get rid of it?

    Hi @Charlie@

That is a known issue and is related to whether you have a one-line or two-line display in your register settings.  Here's a LINK to a more robust explanation.

    Hope this helps.

If you use 1-line-per-transaction registers, there's an extra column on the right which is needed for the Save, etc. icons to show.
If you can't make the Quicken window any wider, consider shrinking some columns in size, just a little.
If you have columns in the register which you don't use, remove them.
If you have all three columns Payment, Deposit and Amount in your register, choose which ones to keep: either Amount or the pair of Payment and Deposit. You don't need all three of them.

Frank - thanks. I can't get your link though (says I don't have permission to do that?).
