    To be clear, is this error message appearing in accounts that have not yet had their connection method changed, per the information in this Support Article? Also, how long has this error message been appearing? If you have noticed this error message appearing for more than 24 hours, I recommend reaching out to Quicken Support, using the link provided here, per the recommendations made in the Support Article linked here.
