Cannot download credit card from Synovus

Quicken downloaded my checking account transactions fine but won't download the credit card. I tried doing an automatic update and my credit card did not come up on the list. So I saved the file and then attempted to open it but zero transactions went into Quicken.

    When you do TOOLS, Account List ... what shows in the "Financial Institution" column across from your card account.  IF that column isn't displayed, click OPTIONS at the bottom of the dialog to add it.
    It looks to me like "Synovus Card Services" might be the FI that you need to be using, or possibly  "Synovus Gateway".

    Each real world account needs to be individually setup in Quicken with the  - ADD ACCOUNT -
    Have you done that for your credit card ?

    Tried again today and it worked but only downloaded the current month. Will need to manually add what wasn't downloaded.
