Can quicken 2015 deluxe be reinstalled on Win 7

Not sure what happened but 2015 deluxe stopped working. Tried to reinstall it with the latest mondo 17.4 patch but it won’t register.

    Quicken has stopped allowing all pre-subscription versions of Quicken from functioning unless you can find a copy of your Quicken.ini from the previous installation.

    Bypass registration (Quicken for Windows US 2015 only)

    You can bypass the registration request by holding Ctrl + Shift and clicking the Update Accounts blue arrow icon to turn off the registration requirement.  When the message “You will no longer be prompted for registration” appears, click OK.
    (This does not resolve any Intuit ID / Quicken ID issues in newer versions)
