PNC bank transactions not downloading

After the last Quicken update, I have tried several times to download the transactions from my PNC checking account. It seems to connect, the pop up says download complete, but then no new transactions appear. It has been about a month since I was able to last download, and I have many transactions that should come up. No error code. I also tried to disactivate and then reactivate the express download with no success. What do I do from here? Thank you.

Hi @NicoleT,
You referenced "the express download" above, were you connecting to your PNC accounts using the Express Web Connect method, or the Direct Connect method? Direct Connect is a more reliable method and is available with PNC Bank. You should contact the bank and request a Direct Connection connection.
