Why is one step update not keeping authorizations

Every time I try to download my Chase transactions for the last month since all of the upgrades, the download transactions tab doesn't work anymore and One Step Update needs to be reauthorized every time I want to pull my latest transactions. My account status shows EWC+ is activated.
