Downloaded Transactions don't appear in Quicken for Windows

Downloaded Transactions don't appears in Quicken for Windows. Although update status shows transactions. This is happening for multiple accounts including Bank of America Checking, BoA VISA, Citibank MC, etc. Seems to have started around November 1st. Can't reconcile because Quicken detects unaccepted transactions. Red flag (pending transactions) shows on each account. But Downloaded Transactions (0). URGENT
