how do I hide a security in "Holdings"

Updating my portfolio and looking to remove/hide no longer active securities .

    First action would be to click the gear icon, upper right of Holding window and uncheck Show closed lots.  I suspect that is your issue with 'no longer active securities'.

    Make sure that your LAST transaction which sold the remaining number of these shares was a "Sell All".
    Sometimes, tiny fractional shares can persist and while they're not obvious, they're not ZERO either ... thus causing them to remain in your portfolio.
