Unable to choose category business and rental property tools

I'm Unable to choose business and rental property tools category when I try to post a ?

    Hi @SteveStella4,

    To do that, first you need to start by clicking on "All Categories" in the List that is below "Quick Links" in the Community "Home" screen.  Then Select "Quicken for Windows" > next select "Business & Rental Property Tools (Windows)" and finally, click on the "+New Post" button.

    Let me know how that goes and/or if you have any followups.
