Add payment method to Enter Rent Window

On the Enter Rent Window<Payment Information: Can I edit payment methods in the drop-down list? I know I can add a method manually, but want to customize the choices.

Hi @SteveStella,

To add another item to that drop-down list, follow these steps:

1) Open up the check register for the account that you typically enter rent receipts into;
2) In the first open line > "right click in the "Check#" field (which will then look like this)


3) Select "Edit List" > then select "New";
4) In the "Add New Num/Ref" pop-up - enter your new customized method and click "OK"
