Enter utilities seperate from rent

I bill separately for utilities. How Can I enter tenant's utilities under the rental manager?

    If you are just looking to record receipt of the reimbursement by tenants' of utilities, then go to "Rent Center" > click on the "Add Transactions" button > and select "Enter Other Income".  Here's what it looks like:
