Account Download Issue - The Dreaded Circle with Line

Why is this happening and what is the best way to solve without setting up new accounts and losing all my history?

    I'm getting the same message this morning. If you click Reauthorize, you'll get this window.



    I suspect BoA is working on their servers this morning. I would wait and try again later.

    Hello - I was able to break the download link, reauthorize and re-add. Circle with line gone. Normally it would not correct that error but maybe something happened at BA as mentioned. Thank you

    I believe BoA does system maintenance every Sunday early morning. I remember seeing something early on the webpage.

    Well, I got it to work. I tried so many things, i"m not sure who the winner is, but it probably was the Cloud search that is the winner. Whew!!
