Auto category during download won't stop

I do not want categories entered when downloading entries from my bank, but they began appearing recently. I found this in a 2021 discussion (now closed):

Where are the "Auto-accept downloaded transaction" settings?

There are two places where this is controlled in Quicken for Windows:
- Globally, for all accounts, in Edit / Preferences / Downloaded Transactions
- For each account individually, the global setting can be overridden from the Edit Account Details screen, Online Services Tab. Look for blue text "Automatic Entry is: ON / OFF". Click the text to change the setting.

I can find neither of these in my current version of Quicken. How can I stop automatic entry now?

    Your post seems to be addressing 2 separate options: auto entry of transactions and auto categorizing transactions.  Both of these options can be found on the preferences dialog under the download transactions menu item.
