PFCU (Pentagon Federal Credit Union) CC-502 error

This has been happening to me for about five days now. I see it happened before in early September. Does anyone know what the problem is? I can access my account through the Pentagon Federal website, but cannot get Quicken to connect.

    I'm having the exact same issue. Just started using Quicken & was able to upload my bank account easily, but not PenFed. I'm thinking that Penfed may have additional security block/s.

    Just called PenFed. Not compatible w/Quicken
