chase bank download

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I have reauthorized my accounts at least 10 times and it says authorization successful.it still ask me every time I log in to update. Now it will not download my chase credit card transactions even after successful authorization. I need this to work. The old way was fine.Now I have no way to download
