Slow load times on Win 11

For the last several days, I have noticed that it takes almost 5 minutes to start quicken and load the data file to use.

I have tried un-installing the app and reinstalling the same. no luck.

Tried with a small file with only 1 account, not connected to any bank etc. Same result. Ages to load and open the file with only one transaction for the opening balance of $1.00.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Please do HELP, About Quicken and take a snapshot of the resulting dialog.  You can post it here using the "Landscape" icon above.
Also, have you tired Validating you Q data file?  FILE, Validate and Repair file ... being sure to check "Validate file" before you click OK.

@mshiggins - No not using a VPN, but do have a 1200mbps connection so network is not the issue.
@NotACPA - Validated the file, everything is Ok. Added the 'about Quicken' snapshot

Thanks for the graphic ... but I gave incomplete instructions.  Please to HELP, About Quicken while holding down the Shift key and post that graphic.
    Sorry for the error.

How much RAM do you have installed on your computer?

What version of Windows are you using?

While Quicken is starting, what does Windows Task Manager show about "% Memory" usage and "% Disk" busy of your C: - drive?

Earlier this year I have upgraded an abysmally slow Windows 8.1, Quicken R 41 laptop from 4 GB RAM to 8 GB RAM and the computer now performs very well. I no longer see "96% Memory usage" combined with "100% C- drive busy" just trying to do something, anything on the computer.
