Unable to open data files after update Nov 2022

After years of using Quicken and being very satisfied I am now losing confidence in the product and looking at other alternatives. Since the separation with Intuit problems have increased.
the latest problem I have is after Updating to the latest Rev I cannot open my current Master File or recent backups.

When I Open Quicken and sign in the headers appear, and the screen goes blank as though it is unable to load my data. I was able to load a backup 9 months old.0
