Why do I keep getting this "View Update" prompt when already up-to-date?

On 11/9 an Announcement was posted stating that R45.7 was just released to a limited number of users (Windows R45.XX Release (US)).  That is also referred to as a staged release.

The message you showed in that screenshot happens when a staged release has been done but by the time you actually try to download and install it the allocated number of downloads has already been reached.  When that happens, Quicken will turn off downloads for others until the staged release is changed to a general release.

So, there is nothing wrong with what you are seeing...you just missed getting included in the limited number of users to get staged released.  Once R45.7 is turned on, again, as a general release you will not get that message when you try to update.

If you really want to get R45.7 before it is turned on as a general release you can do that.  Click in the link I provided above and at the bottom of the announcement is a link you can click on to download and install it.  But you should note:  Staged releases are done in an effort to find out if there might be some issues with a new release so they can be fixed before it is distributed to everyone.  Some people do not feel comfortable with that and want to wait until the general release is made.  It is your choice.
