Can someone provide me with a small detail for what to do with the patch once it is downloaded. Do I simple run the file or do I have to do something a like cut/paste the patch files into the quicken program folder?

This article describes what you have to do, download and install Quicken and then patch it to a version before your subscription expired by downloading that patch and running it to install it.

@Chris_QPW - Thank you for the article. I have read that one. this is a real rookie question since I have not been able to get this to work right yet - It says to "download the patch that was released before your expiration date." (did that) - but what do I do with the files I down load? Does the patch file automatically open and install on the quicken version I have or Do I click on the .exe file in the patch folder to run installation or do I copy the downloaded patch files into the Quicken program folder on the harddrive or import the patch from Quicken some way?

    Thank you!

Download the install for Quicken, and then open/run it to install it.
Download the patch with a date before your expiration date, and then open/run it to install it.
