Upgrade from very old Quicken Cashbook 8 2003

Hi I have a very old but still very good Quicken Cashbook 8 2003 for windows. I would like to buy a new Apple MacBook Air. Can I upgrade and transfer all my date over? What’s the bast options and how can it be done. I don’t want to lose 19 years of financial records.

Specifically, focus on the part under the heading, Converting a data file from 98 - 2003, although there may be additional steps that are required from the previous sections of the article.
