Remove old financial account from Online Center

I have a ghost account from an old bank that has been deleted from my account list, but it still shows up in Online Center. How can I remove it from Online Center.

    Are you sure this account has been physically deleted from your data file, including all its transactions?
    Or has it just simply been marked "hidden" or "closed" but still exists in your data file?
    Check Tools / Manage Hidden Accounts
