Anyone have a fix for me on getting updates on my Chase checking account

I am getting Chase credit card updates but not the checking A/C

    Hi @richardbergstrom

    Can you tell us which connection method you are using for Chase?  To find this use the Ctrl+Shift+E shortcut > then select the "Online Services" tab. The connection or download method will be shown in the top box.  It should be "Express Web Connect+"

    Get back to us and we'll go from there.

    I found, with your help, that I had a hidden account that was updating with close to same name. I had hidden the wrong account THANK you!!
