Can't set up for automatic download for new Chase credit card

I have a new Chase credit card which shows up on the Chase.com site with my other credit cards under the same login. I am trying to set up a new account for this new credit card in Quicken to download my transactions. When I click on new account in Quicken under Tools, it tells me I need to authorize my accounts, which I do. It shows that my new account is authorized on the Chase.com site, along with all of my other Chase accounts. The next Quicken screen shows that all of the other Chase credit card accounts are set up for download and linked to my existing Chase account in Quicken, but does not give me the option to link the new account. On this screen the new account does not show up at all, even though the previous screen showed it as being authorized. Sorry if this is confusing, but I seem to have no way to add the account. Any suggestions?

You might want to try disconnecting all Chase accounts, then reconnect. You should not need to reauthorize from Chase. Then when prompted, link the existing accounts and (fingers crossed) add the new account.

I had one Savings account that didn't show up because it had a zero balance.  Could that be the problem?

Thank for the reply. Unfortunately it does have a balance. I have added accounts to Quickens tens of times and never had this problem. I expect the last step to be that Quicken recognizes that there is an extra account on the Chase site that does not have an existing link to a Quicken account and ask me what to do with it. Even though it shows that the Chase account is authorized, it never asks me for this step. I can easily add the Quicken account "offline", but can't link it to the online Chase account.

    Thanks for trying!
